Access to Exhibition :
Professional domestic delegates are subject to VAT (in accordance with the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations / UU HPP).
Professional-Domestic ticket price also applies to all KITAS/KITAP holders.
Professional Overseas
Professional overseas delegates prices include VAT.
The USD to IDR exchange rate will follow the official rate issued by the Ministry of Finance on the date of the transaction.
Student Domestic
Student domestic delegates are subject to VAT (in accordance with the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations / UU HPP).
Student ticket price applies to undergraduate students or equivalent. Student IDs and a Faculty Letter of Statement are required.
Student Overseas
Student overseas delegates prices include VAT.

All participants are obliged to provide legitimate personal data in the registration form; any transfer or change of ownership is not an available option.
The registration code can only be redeemed one time.
The Organizer is not responsible for the misuse of the registration code or double payment.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
Early bird rate applies to those who have made transactions before March 12th, 2026. Normal rates will be applied on March 13th, 2026.
Purchases under the domestic and overseas categories may be combined.
Professional delegates are eligible for special rates at IPA Convex Hotel Partners.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Early Bird Payment Information
Early Bird registration with invoice payment will be processed within 7 working days and must be paid no later than 30 days from the date the invoice is issued. The organizer is entitled to cancel the early bird rate purchase if the payment is not received within this period.
Payment General Information
invoice-based payments are accepted until May 12th, 2026. Kindly ensure payment is made before this date.
Invoice-based payment is only applicable for group bookings with a minimum purchase of 2 tickets.
Invoice-based payments must be settled by the due date stated on the issued invoice
A Tax Invoice (“Faktur Pajak”) will only be provided for group purchases and invoice-based payments
Individual transactions will be issued a payment receipt that includes VAT. A tax invoice (“faktur pajak”) will not be provided for individual transactions
All purchases are final, and no refund will be granted
4. SAFETY PROTOCOL
For hygiene and safety reasons, it is recommended that all participants wear masks in all indoor areas of IPA Convex 2026.
All Safety Protocol Procedures are subject to change in accordance with Indonesia's government policies.
