The IPA Convex 2026 will be held on 20 – 22 May 2026 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD.
Exhibition Visitors can access the exhibition at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) – Hall 1, 2, 3 & 3A without an admission fee (FREE).
Convention Delegates, however, enjoy full access to all IPA Convex programs, including The Energy Night. Moreover, Convention Delegates receive a special hotel rate from our partner, offering convenient and affordable accommodation options to enhance their overall experience.

No. You would not automatically be registered as an IPA member. To join as an IPA member, you should register your name separately through the IPA Office. Please visit the IPA Website (www.ipa.or.id) for more details.
No. The registered Exhibition Visitor only needs to upgrade their ticket through their registered account and select the “Buy Ticket” menu. Should you require further assistance, please send an email to registrationipa@convex.ipa.or.id
The registration can be done both individually or in groups. For group registration,you should register as the Person In Charge (PIC) before buying a group ticket.

No. The ticket payment with an invoice is only applied for group ticket purchases.
The invoice will be issued within 7 working days after all required data has been completed.

The ticket redemption can be represented by showing the QR code which was obtained after the online registration process was completed.
Ticket redemption can be done at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) – Nusantara Foyer. Further information will be announced soon via IPA Convex social media.
